The Just-in-Case Family File
Every household runs on knowledge that lives in one person's head. This is the map your people would need if that head were unavailable.

What’s inside
- A 23-page printable workbook in six sections: the people, the money map, the paper trail, the household manual, the care files, and the digital life.
- The document locator — five written words per document that save a terrible afternoon.
- A first-72-hours page written for whoever opens the binder on a hard day, including what deliberately does not need doing that week.
- The yearly-ish review page with a log, and a restart page, because half-filled is already a gift.
- US Letter and A4 PDFs plus a read-me quick start. Survives black-and-white printing.
Who this is for
The file is built on one iron rule: it never contains a password, a PIN, or a full account number. It is a pointer system — institution, account type, last four digits only. Your family gets exactly enough to find everything through legitimate access. A snoop gets a list of bank logos.
It fills in six sessions of about twenty minutes each, undated, weeks apart if that is what your life allows. Section one alone already beats what your family has today.
